Dr. Diana Liu has dedicated over a decade of her life studying wellness and mindfulness, teaching yoga and meditation, corporate and dental wellness consulting, and hosting wellness retreats both locally and internationally.

She is also an Adult Sleep Coach certified in CBT-insomnia and a practicing Dentist on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia.

Her past struggles with burnout, musculoskeletal pain, and insomnia led her down a path of recovery by learning and training in the world of wellness, mindfulness, and sleep. The tools she has gained and is a part of her lifestyle greatly transformed for overall health.

She has thus devoted her life to sharing and supporting organizations, clinics, and clients to incorporate these tools to embody mindfulness, rest, and quality sleep to feel a renewed sense of energy, fulfillment, and presence in their personal and professional life!

On her personal time, you can catch her Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath classes at Coast Flow in Gibsons or in the forest and beaches of the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia with her family and baby boy Noah!
