  • Cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) is a structured and evidence-based approach to healing insomnia. It focuses on exploring the connection between the way we think, how we sleep, and our habits affecting sleep. We examine thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that are contributing to the symptoms of insomnia.

    • It is the most effective and scientifically proven treatment for adults with chronic insomnia.

    • It has a 90% effectiveness on reducing or eliminating the use of sleeping pills

    • It is more effective than sleeping pills with a 75-80% effectiveness in curing insomnia.

    • CBT-i has no side effects and can also help with anxiety, depression, and chronic inflammation.

PACKAGES & INVESTMENT

  • Work together in the convenience and comfort of your own home through virtually meetings.

  • All meetings will be recorded with life-time access.

  • You will have unlimited support through email if booking multiple sessions. 

  • If struggling with sleep, I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions at $155 per hour as sleep is multi-layered and not an overnight fix.

  • I offer discounted packages for multiple sessions of 6 or more (please inquire for more details)

  • If you need sleep apnea support, I can support you  local on the Sunshine Coast at the clinic OR I can help you find the right support in your hometown.

 
  • Non-Sleep Deep Rest, also known as yoga nidra, is a form of guided meditation that takes you to a hypnagogic state towards profound states of relaxation and consciousness.

    It is composed of a series of breath, body, and awareness techniques designed to help you move into delta and theta states of relaxation, where the mind quiets and the body enters into a deep restorative parasympathetic state.

    This is the opportunity for the body to rest, recharge, transform, and heal.

    This style of meditation is highly accessible as you don’t have to have any meditation experience to feel its effects.

    Research has shown that non-sleep deep rest helps to reduce insomnia, heal unprocessed emotional pain and trauma, increase self-awareness and self-love, overcome addictions, and reduce stress. depression, and anxiety. Click here to check out the research.
