Cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) is a structured and evidence-based approach to healing insomnia. It focuses on exploring the connection between the way we think, how we sleep, and our habits affecting sleep. We examine thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that are contributing to the symptoms of insomnia.
• It is the most effective and scientifically proven treatment for adults with chronic insomnia.
• It has a 90% effectiveness on reducing or eliminating the use of sleeping pills
• It is more effective than sleeping pills with a 75-80% effectiveness in curing insomnia.
• CBT-i has no side effects and can also help with anxiety, depression, and chronic inflammation.
